Sean’s career in the commercial environment of Sales & Marketing has spanned a time period of over 25+ years, from working as a self-employed salesman in the 80’s to his development in to senior sales leadership positions for some of the UK’s largest technology companies such as United Artists (now Virgin Media), AVAYA, Worldcom, BT and Sage PLC. He has also owned two of his own businesses and developed properties in the past.
During his career Sean has held senior strategic roles where he has built sales teams from the ground up, headed up third party sales channels and rolled out multiple franchised businesses. He has not only developed his own skills whilst on his journey but also become a significantly experienced contributor to the success of many SME and Corporate businesses around the UK.
In his career, he rapidly progressed through the ranks from being a Professional Salesman, Account Manager, Account Director, Sales & Marketing Director & Head of Sales UK, twice, often working for previous managers that have required his skills. Either working in very competitive environments or working for the ‘most expensive in the field’, Sean has always been able to find a successful path.
Having been trained by world class organisations such as Huthwaite, LDL and SMH to name a few, Sean has honed significant skills not only in Sales & Marketing but in a broader business sense. His core competency and passion is to enable organisation’s with sales team’s to be more successful more of the time.
Sean also trained as a coach with Peter Thomson International who is regarded as one of the UK’s leading strategists on business and personal growth.
